Quest mob names on hrace release

The quest mob on client is still in malaysian names, while the tracking of the mob shows in PWI version names.

Can we have the client to show the same names?

For example:
Quest Visit the City:
Afer warming up..... Kill 10 Penta StagBeetle.

Below it, it says:
Kill: Pentastral Beetle (0/10)

mob / items / etc.pp names are in elements.data [ client / server ] /// QuestName are in task.data

well, using the preliminary files from Ronny works...

Now I am testing if other important stuff works...
