edit on pwAdmin using xml mode, edit this line
<variable name="storehousepasswd" type="Octets"></variable>
To edit the text of most announcements can be done inside the the interfaces but the aipolicy controls alot of announcements to, if you ever wanna add new announcements like for eg (when someone gains jun 8) this is done with aipolicy.
