is it possible to learn production skills, like we issue starting gears?
Yes. Edit the character templates in pwAdmin and change the xml to include the production skills. The skills should be in some sort of tag like <skills>
eg for the warrior

The red is the number of skills.
The lime is the level 1 tiger maw.
The orange is level 10 200/200 blacksmith.
The pink is level 10 200/200 Tailor.
The purple is level 10 200/200 Craftsman.
The dark green is level 10 200/200 Apothocary.
The blue is the town portal.
An the other classes would be the same except the starting skill would be different.
Great info ! but can u explain a bit more on editing the character templates? Because i am a bit confused with the "including" part and the xml location.And do i have to upgrade the new version of pwadmin for tht?

for templates best thing to do is to set them how you want save them, as i believe ronnie suggested then shutting server off for 60 seconds then restarting. That is how i did it and set my templates for 2 spark auto nirvana. just dont set on monk and genie cause then all the normal ones wont save.
