PS3's tech demo's has sold me the second I saw UT 3.0 running on it gracefully in real-time.
Remember that rubber ducky scenario and the two pirate ships? The physics on it were AMAZING, and I really can't wait to see the next-gen games utilize this.
And, and that time when they showed that girl (forgot 'her' name) and those weird creatures and how the bright light shows through them, revealing the membranes, veins, skeletal system, etc.
Billy-boy over there better recognize how much of a fool he made him self out to be, talking trash about the PS3.

BTW, the PS3 prototype we all saw looks like a scanner imo.
And the controller looks down-right horrible! Sony shaped it as a boomerang so that if gamers get really pissed and throws it somewhere, it returns back w/o any damage.

xbox i dont like it , well i like to play but i would never buy one , i'm 101% Sony , about Nintendo its DEAD along time ago , during the time of Super Famicon ( Super Nintendo ) :P
Hmmm, whats interesting to see is everyone gettin all hyped up like the last console war, and im sure that most of the companies want to just make it look good without much storyline...
As you have said before in posts, the "eyecandy" is what was the final straw...
I miss the days of great storys, long playtimes, and replay values...
SNES had a FF game (yes, they had cartridge ff gamesfor all you people who have seen ff7 and up) or 6, and nintendo was the pilot for the whole series, but, alas, i beleive that the storylines, such as ff3 (jap 6) should be remade into a ps3 3d game with the same story.
Eye candy + story = the win, no vote from me... or atleast until i find out more about the storys behind the games..
Yep, the PS3 controllers look pretty bad but the PS3 itself is pretty sleek
The revolution is also looking pretty cool too, remember, Nintendo plans to make it even smaller then the one they have now
Microsoft has managed to once again come up with another bulky machine, they really have a thing for making coffee tables

Its all about the games. Technically, ps3 has to use a magnifying glass to look at xbox from its point of view. and the revolution is nothing more than shit next to it....
but then again its all about the games... ps3 has games i rly like such as first person shooters, amazing racing games, tony hawk, gta, nfs series & such...
but on the other hand nintendo has the classics which will be hard for me (AND IM SURE THAT FOR SIPHER TO) to let go of, such as the zelda series (a zelda game is already in production for the revolution!!) which i practically grew up on... thats why im thinking of buying a revolution and after like 1 year when ps3 comes out ill buy that too... coz ps3 WILL come out about a year later than the revolution... but then again, its a waste of money... is it worth it just for zelda and some others?? i dont know...
well, there has been an article about ps3 costing less than 500$ in japan (actual japanese price is 465$) but as usual usa and canada have to up the price abit like they did with the psp so gamespot is almost sure that it will sell for either 499.99$ or 549.99$

They do not even have a fully working ps2 emulator yet. There are ps2 emulators out there, that work. But, most of them do not even support the first few released games for ps2 as of now.Quote:

Voted PS3, but i do think the Xbox 360 will be a tough customer, been reading a review of it in the Xbox mag and it sounds pretty good. With one touch of the 360 button on the pad and you can access all the Xbox live features, even while playing an offline game (obviously a net connection is needed) You can create your own UI skins and sell them over the live marketplace :eh: Can change the front cover etc. I aint read a review on PS3 yet however. I just think the 360 sounds decent (I plan on getting both anyway)

Dude...there's nothing wrong with saying that the DS has outsold the PSP, It's a true fact.
It's like saying PS2 has outsold Gamecube.
If sony doesn't choose to say anything about Nintendo then that's their choice, it's probably because they didn't have anything to say about them. Sony has dissed Nintendo and Microsoft before so I guess that would make them fags as well?
It's a tight battle field, you can't expect companies to not bag each other out -.-
