I have a lovely black eye

Hey,

I didn't post about it publicly because I didn't want no ragezoners turn up and put more pressure on me, but anyhoo! I was fighting my countries national karate tournament yesterday, sadly I didn't get no medals this time but our club got allot and even though we was awarded the best club in our country, during our photographs of celebration they then came up to us and said there was an error and actually we had lost it by a single point!

Anyhoo, I'm also the proud owner of a lovely black eye , during my opening fight I had to fight a friend from my club who give me me my shiner, all in all good day, won some, lost some.

Pretty harsh that you lost by a point.

We had a guy from our club who was apparently up drinking till half 3, he had to be up and 100% ready at 9am... we got him there and he was like "ah im sick.. argh..!" and he pulled out! if he had not pulled out we could have won the entire event!!!

our club won the team fighting, singles, juniors and kata.

How badly was he punished? Apart from your club missing out on being the top in Wales/UK.

We will find out Tuesday at club training.

did you put ice on it when it swelled? Trust me, putting ice before it turn black helps. Anyways, job, well done.
