I know this effect i think lol. Try following these steps dude.
1. Open a document and type what ever text you want in it.
2. Duplicate the text layer and go to Edit-->Transform-->Flip Vertically.
3. Now you should the text have the text like you want.
4. Edit the text to what you want and Finito...
Yeh.. In step 4 you should change the mirrored text's opacity to about 40% (depends on the text though). You might as well want to use skew, which would make your text look diagonal.Quote:
