It doesnt have to be a section, It could be a sub-section of entertainment, but anyways.. Stuff like "sig of the week" or the event where you have to add some dialogue to a picture, etc..

There is something similar to what I belive. The Rz Annual awards, with the best sig, most proffessional etc/
Any official competitions would be held in the outerworld, and any public competitions would be held in the appropriate sections. E.g. Sig of the week = The portfolio.
And / Or announcements :)
