Use Beast 2010 to add a buff pang, spawn any NPC in the map and right click it, click Properties, click the dropdown menu Character and browse for MaFl_Helper_ver12, it should act as a buff pang, save the map and test it out, don't forget to save the map in your server and your client.

Also this is the wrong section, just an FYI.
