It's been out years now, if you got invited to a closed beta it's probably a con.
It's a decent game imo, the biggest flaw for me was the character animations. It really got to me how un-natural the movements are. Jumping just looks completely shit. That was the deal breaker for me, I did get 3 level 50s before I quit though so it can hold your attension for a good long while.
I checked it out, and apparently they are making lotro f2p, so there is a beta for that. Anyways seen some of the gameplay for it on youtube and it looks interesting. Will definitely check it out.Quote:
