[Website]Need Colour Ideas for Website

I have a basic framework for a website, but I cannot continue to build it without a theme.
I have no artistic abilities, which probably means I shouldn't even be trying, so I need a little help.

So, should I base it on 2,3,4 colours? Should I bass it on an item? :?:

I have been told that a sky theme would be best, but I think that's rather common (I also don't have the talent to put javascript in there to make it look like clouds.)

2 colors are usually common in websites, so try using 2 colors that go well together.
