The story of Mr. lPaul

Now, this is the story all about how my life got flipped-turned upside down. And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there, I'll tell you how I became the victim of a fucktard called Wayne Skorniewski (aka lPaul).

2 Weeks ago - I purchase Stem account from Mr. lPaul ( RaGEZONE - MMORPG server development forums - View Profile: lPaul ) via the Merchant Zone.

Today - I try to log into the account for the first time in a week, and i see that the password has been changed. Try to retrieve lost password, the email is changed also. Check Steam Community ID page, he has changed it back to his username (ErrorJack) and i see he has also purchased Borderlands and Killing Floor. Clearly, he contacted the Steam support and told them the account had been hijacked.

Today - I contact him, give him the benefit of the doubt of it being a mistake (since i knew he did have multiple Steam accounts) and ask for an explanation. I wanted either the account back, or a refund.

His response - In a nutshell, "too bad buddy!".

My reaction - Within the next 1 hour i would have submitted a dispute with Paypal to get my money refunded. I have faith that i will get it back. Paypal will also ban his account and blacklist the verrified bank account linked to his Paypal account.

Additionally, i will also send the screenshots of our conversations to Steam to get the account that he had to lie and cheat to get back... banned. I also gifted 2 games to that account while it was mine, i have a 50/50 chance of getting that money refunded also.

Overall winner? You decide :P

Sounds like a cock, get loads of people like that when buying/selling accounts unfortunately.

If he does not return by tomorrow he shall be banned and I'll place all his information here.

Dan, can you please un-delete the original for sale thread? The Steam dispute has already been made but i wish to use that thread as one of the screenshots when they ask for proof (hopefully tomorrow).

Nah, the one that was linked above by someone (and the thread just got deleted) was a different account. Like i said, he had multiple accounts so i gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he had messed with the wrong account on accident.

At first he was quite cocky and not at all remorseful of what he had done (he even sounded proud of it) but once i told him that i'd file disputes and get his Paypal + Steam accounts banned... he started begging me to give him a few weeks to pay the money back. It was funny, i showed it to my girlfriend. She lol'd. We lol'd. Then we agreed that even if we didn't get a refund, it was still money well spent just to see him get his arse handed to him :P

I was tempted to purchase an account off him aswell Rishwin, thankfully I didn't.

Asshole, he's committed fraud pure and simple. I'd even phone the Police where he lives. In England I believe it is a crime which can be dealt with.

hope they delete that positive feedback thread about him and ban him from ragezone as well : D
