The Aion PVP Server is opening again, now need some users who can help me. Who have brains knowing of java, xml, sql, testers, quest writer
Q. What is Aion PvPSys ?
A. Aion PvPSys is a custom server, special for pvp battle.

- Enable Tradable of untradable items.
- No fabled Item drops from monsters. (event only via Broker)
- Medal drops on Eye of Reshanta area ONLY.
- Disable's bosses & Instances.
- Make sure the abyss skills works :D
- Lessen the HP's of fortress guardians.
- Allow fly zone
- Moded Stats for some items to every non dropable items
- Add Armsfusion NPC in Poeta & Ishalgen. new idea

- open rift 24/7 for herion,morheim,belusan and the other zone

Disable's bosses & Instances.
Make sure the abyss skills works :D
Lessen the HP's of fortress guardians. (settings server side, lets see, if there are less players, they cant kill those bastards. lol)

- Make teleporter NPC (invulnerable, we dont want players to kill it don't we? XD)
- Custom Teleports: All path only points to 'eye of reshanta' now lets make it crowded

make portal much aviabile..and coordonates to principal fortress..Heiron, Morheim, Belusan...try to say ..if i whant to go from asmo to elyos..to kill some elyso to be easy :D..no to search rifts ...at any lvl to travel all worls

Spawn and Drop System:

So let me explain the Spawn and Drop System. We talk and chose to delete the custom shop idea because here need cliend modification and we don't whant to support this, only server modification. So here is the system:
1: The blue area are spawned the normal mobs with normal and rare equipment drops.
2: The red area are spawned the elite and heroes mobs with legendary and unique equipment drops. Here need group with hard mobs.
3: You start at level 30, and in time fight for items you make level, custom lvl60.
4: The other items who don't whant you can be trade with others users, sell them, destroy or extract enchants from there.
5: This system work for now only on elyos, soon will be implement on asmo.

Its pointless to go to other maps & expands the inventory.
This will do the job.

Hey guys we are working on the server hard and like non stop :P and we are testing the server so everything work perfect so u guys dont get any problems with the stuff :)
and guys give us more ideas to make the server alot better :) and tomorrow we will release a test server for you:)

In playertitle.xml, there you will see all the tittles but the client only supports until ID 105. From the list its until 150.Quote:

hey every1 me and danny have been talking and insteed to relese we are going to make a test run on it and every1 can join it free its auto acc on

why we do this is to make sure that there is no problem with it and see what u guys think of the work we have put on it just for u guys and to prove that we dont lie with this project :)

Because we make a custom level 60 the stats after lvl 50 dosen't work so we find a formula for each stat and make for assassin, now work for each level encrease with diferent procent, we apply our idea and work just fine, we finish half of spawn data on poeta, we will try to release the files soon we don't know when but we try our best, soon will be a test server i will announce...
Doesn't really matter how long it takes to release it. Knowing that its already in fast pace progress is good enough. ;)
If possible or if its already implemented. (have not tried the test server yet)

My Idea is, sorcerers can use: Orb,Book and Staff...

Not sure if the level 61 is a good idea, in my opinion. It will change the game too much and new players will feel overwhelmed.

I think it's not a good idea put the stigmas auto learn, cause the stigmas is a part of the game that make the difference in each player, I mean each player can make your own build, that's really nice in a pvp server. For me It's better put when we create a char it already has all the slots to put the stigmas.
I don't know if is possible, but would be very nice if you make dark poeta a pvp map, like this: When a group is doing the instance a group of the other nation can enter, and there they fight to kill the bosses, that would be amazing.
And how we don't have the maps of the level 55, you could add some bosses of these maps in the abyss, and these bosses will have the highest drops in the game, that will make them go there and fight all the time to kill these bosses :P

Doesn't matter.
A pvp server (custom) doesn't need all the features.
It doesn't neet instances, doesn't need to explore maps.
At AU, at least all the useful features was finished before it was discontinued. E.g. Skills, Stigmas, spawns, summons, stats...
At PvPSys, I don't think you'll grind to get your level high. ;)

well we have done some chang but as every 1 know that Aion-Unique is dead :P and we have pvpsys on that but we have saved the files but we are going to move everything over to Aion-Lightning soon as we can :) but i might open the unique pvpsys so every 1 can test it ^^Quote:

Now about those rifts in the Abyss that lead to Poeta or Ishalgen... Wouldn't it be strategic to place those in the Core? This way, both races have a nice chance to block all players from the other race, trying to get in the starting area of their opponents. I think this creates some new awesome gameplay. Think about 30 Elyos guarding the rift to Poeta, and 30 Asmodians guarding the rift to Ishalgen.
This would leave everyone a few options: Level from 1-50 in your own area, then continue to the level cap in abyss, OR go to the other race's area and do EXP/AP grinding at the same time!
Please let me know if you like this idea or not ^^. I'd love it if this idea will be used in the future hehe :thumbup:
afaik, only the DB settings has been changed from AU to AL.
So the configs, static datas are much more the same and usuable to AL.
So changing to AL wouldn't be much of a problem.

I had an idea for a PvP server, but it was basically going to be mostly PvP only. I just wish I had the motivation to try to do it lol. Good ideas so far though guys!
good news ;D did chat with danny and we will start with the pvpsys soon u will know when we start :) and we will complete the pvpsys 100% this month and we will also make a test server for it so u guys can try it ^^
Hell yea! thanks for the update, I'm glad to know there's AT LEAST some plans for this concept. Enuff proof for me to be sure that the idea didn't "die" yet ^^

So your working on your private server ? Are you going to share any core , custom work files to the public ?

Are there any extended costs at all ? Can you supply players with teleports...
So all do not understand PVP Server just for us, it will be for free files server and client moded to.
