MW:2 or BC2 ?

I'm going to Gamestop tomorrow and I need your feedbacks which games are better all I need is your feedbacks if you have any expireance playing those games.I don't have a consoles so I'm playing it on a PC which I don't give a shit about where I play my games from.

The price for the games in Gamestop are
MW:2 $60 // Expensive but it doesn't require anymore minum requirements for me
BF: $49 // Cheaper than MW:2 saves cash

You're gonna play them on the PC? I haven't heard good things about MW2 on the PC...

Shouldn't this be in debate?

Also, quick info:

BBC2 is for people that love big maps and it's more strategy based. MW2 is basically the opposite. MW2 is also not so great on PC because of the desert actions etc...

NOTE: I'm not completely sure tbh, but I have played them both and they are both great games.

I don't if I'm going to play MW:2 yes I have read bad things about MW:2 on PC,but BC2 its amazing already watching gameplay videos I'll read some reveiws about BC2.

I have BC2 and MW2 on the Xbox 360 console. They are both great games but BC2 has bigger maps and in my opinion more realistic gameplay. Now as for MW2 its great and all but BC2 just out powers it. I was thinking about buying MW2 for my laptop next week. But I have heard problems about the Multiplayer servers.

I would go with BC2 since it is cheaper and its a more of a strategy based game. Why arent you buying it from steam?
By the way what site is that you used to see your qualifications of your computer for the game?

I use this site Can You Run It to find my computer specs thanks for the feedback I'm going for BC2 but I'm going for MW2 if I have a job. The reason I'm not buying it from STEAM is I do not have a job yet cannot order it without money on banks, and you need a job to put money on the bank :*: I read another game is coming out this October no lie I'm going to save my money so by the end of summer I'll have money to spend. :sleep:

I see and thanks for the link. I get money from my moms and dad apartment. Since we have like 2 of them on rent I just take some from the second one. I have my own debit card as well. But when you do you should consider getting steam and buying games from there. It is awesome.

Can you play BBC2 on STEAM server if you bought yours from Gamestop? if you're from the U.S. and I also get my money from my mom until I find a job. :laugh:

I think if you bought from gamestop it is different (I am not to sure about it). STEAM allows you to purchase direct from their gaming tab. When you buy from their and your order was a success it goes onto your STEAM account tab and you will be able to install it just as if you bought from a store. And once thats on that STEAM account no matter how long you have it will always be there for you to play/install (unless you get banned). Which is much better and money saying cause the CD might be broken or misplaced.
I think STEAM has its own Servers. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

BC2 is way better, MW2 sucks bad on the PC and consoles! But you PC looks like it could handle MW2 better than BC2

I prefer PC Gaming over console. Just that your computer need to have enough RAM & HDD to support the games.
And STEAM is awesome because it has Achievements as if it were on a console.

If you're a serious gamer I would deffinitely chose Bad Company 2. Better graphics, more realistic, harder and overall the game has got to be better than MW2 tbh. On the other hand if you just play for fun and nothing else I would consider getting MW2...when you're in a party it can be quite enjoyable and funny. You can get epic killcams, more game modes to choose from, you can get a boost from killstreaks...try getting nukes which can be frustrating but isn't hard at all.

Hope you choose well & if you want it cheaper just get your games online and stop being scammed by other retailers.

Totally agree with you kenoja. Thats the reason I like BC2 so much.

MW2 FTW! A lot of people say bad things about multiplayer, but there's a project called alterIWnet you know ;).

MW2 handles everything nicely with my current crappy graphics card.

BC2 lags badly for me...might play it when I get my new graphics card.

Cut the crap about mature people play Modern Warfare 2, the amount of kids I met on that game is not even funny.
When I get my new xbox I am going to buy BC2 again.

I've only played the beta of BC2, but it seemed sluggish to me and put me off, is it the same in the full game?

To be honest it really is not. It improved a tad bit. But then again you know BC2 is more of a strategy based game. So you cannot just go in ramboing and expect to get a kill. I find sniping to be fairly hard, as you have to correctly place and set up a shot. Not saying this does not apply in MW2.

Bad Company 2 is way much better than MW2 in many different ways.

Bad Company 2 has:

*More weapons
*Best graphics (AWESOME in HD)
*More realistic (UNDEBATABLE)
*Destruction 2.0 (The feature of being able to destroy buildings with grenades, C4's, tanks, and many others explosives
*Over 10000 combinations of kits for strategies and more features
*4 Game modes (Squad Death Match, Squad Rush, Conquest and Rush)
*Newest Game Mode (Onslaught [4 Players Coop vs AI])
*Huge maps for tactical warfare
*Being able to customize your class and change kits & weapons at any time in the game (Only when dead)
*NO HACKERS
*Respectful players (I made a lot of friends, even on the enemy team)
*Dedicated Servers (No lag or other players who host it)

Modern Warfare has:

*Ok but not so good of Graphics
*Totally unrealistic combat (Fast paced, running around like idiots which you would not do in real life in a war)
*You can't destroy buildings
*You can't customize your class in the middle of the game
*When you knife, it looks weird as hell and very unrealistic
*Hackers
*Terrible hosts (Player hosted games)
*A bunch of retards who whine and cry and spam.

So I suggest overall to get Bad Company 2, Not even the upcoming Black Ops will pass the greatness of Bad Company 2.

In my own opinion: I hate the story mode of BF:BC2. Multiplayer looks cool but I never tried it XD.

Xbox v PS3, OSX v WIN, LED v Plasma, These all have Pros and Cons
This one doesn't, BF:BC2, is a better game.
