TomCat error

I'm having an error when starting Tomcat:

Neither the JAVA_HOME nor the JRE_HOME environment variable is defined At least one of these environment variable is needed to run this program


I'm sure JAVA is installed. I downloaded direct from the official site, but the error persists.


Has anyone experienced this?
