Isit possible to make certain item that is not able to age or mix? Example i wan to make a stone axe as a special item, but i dont want it to be age or mix...
At first i have thought was the integrity, then i remove the integrity of the stone..then i log in game and try age, it still able to go +1...any1 know or have done this before?

Hmm...i put the *유니크 into the weapon txt file....after i edit the stone axe with the addition text, it doesnt drop from monster or show in game when i click on the blacksmith...did i miss out something?
By the way, if *유니크 2 mean quest ID 2..wat will happen if i put *유니크 but with no number behind?
I think that was what kwsk meant, and may be why you can't drop it or put it in a shop... you will only see it if you are on quest 2. XD

becouse is a quest item...it means that is not to be sold in an NPC or drop,but is possible able this,but anyway it would be something that would disrupt a server in my opinion...
Can it be sent via PostMaster?
This would be how I would distribute such an item.
Post master maybe able to...hey wait, i recalled something...if u guys remember the Praya quest? where u have to collect those amulets and return back to her for the reward...Is there a possibility to do so?
Oh ya this is might be out of topic...im trying to add sound effect on my Gorgon sound file, but they dont seems to work...but default when i got the kpt client downloaded from the Kpt site.. once gorgon spawn, they dont have any sound too...i even try to put ice golem's sound file into gorgon sound file..but it only work when the Gorgon is 'neutral'..but when the Gorgon is atking, it does not any sound effects...
Yes is possible,Praya quest allways give back a radom item for the amulets nine,etc,in the client,have some itens tables with just the itens code,this codes,depending on the table can be the reward for some quest, or table of items of manufacture and the table that generates the items of manufacture, the table's quest of praya itens has the codes of the items that it can generate random, just change them,or u just can take the function codes of this quest,and generate other new quest with reward,and put the code like praya quest,u need to give some item X for the NPC generate your random item that u can create with a new table,good luck...And sorry my english,I can´t express myself very good...Quote:

Quest items do not work with the Item Distributor.
Yes,warpgate wings are one npc like praya,the table with the codes rewards are in the client,u can set your own copying the table to one new npc,or just easily change this codes to what you want.
And yes too,the distributor like the npc or monster drop dont give the quest itens becouse they dont have the quest function,becouse they aren´t a quest npcs.
Just quest itens = quest npcs.
Half true, the reason why you can't sand them by item distributor is because you don't have them in 'item table' you have normal weapon in table lets say WP109 and quest weapon QWP109 (name of quest weapon in GameServer\OpenItem might be different because I am doing some fixes to server, but they still are not in item table) is not in table, if you add it you will be able to send it by item distributor, like "Stun Seal"... :)Quote:

Yes,itens of quest lvl 100 use the same codes of existing itens,for that,can´t be distribute via distributor,sod itens aren´t quest itens...But anyway,if u add one quest item without use the same code for other item,can be done,just need to make some right things...

So it's a faff, but you could do it. If you are still developing a server for release (not trying to add something to one that's already running and has players) it's not too great a burden, I think.
f.e. you can script the item distributor to automatically hand out items when a player reaches certain levels. So you could give a basic 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x, 11x, 12x item, which will help players get into those new roles, but not be fit for them to keep ageing up, or just a "gift set" of items for newbies which would take them from level 0 to level 40 easily, but not be upgradable.
If you are looking to make "Premium" or "Donation" gift items, then you would have to think very carefully about what items you would offer before adding them to the client item list.
So it all depends on what you are trying to achieve as to whether this is practical for you or not.
I like the Wing distribution method idea... quest rewards are a nice way to encourage players to "Role Play" quests rather than just grinding. If the item is good enough that it doesn't need to be aged.
