wow... none of it works >_> you need to edit like everything! if you click on like user panel or something it will do like : userpanel=index.php or something.. its very sloppy and i'm not going to use it because i would need to edit everything just to get them to work

Everything works fine and from the looks of it, some stuff has been removed but that won't affect you in any way. You'll need to edit your php.ini and make MSSQL tables.

Good release usefull scripts, and the website should work fine it depents on wich .dll you got and if your php.ini is configured good.
