[swim effect] uberemu

I coded 100% swimming.

Actually Works 90% The 10% that doesn't work is that the effect doesnt go away when you leave water patch. Anyways heres a screenie:

And just open the emulator where debug is located and ctrl + find and find the follow codes.

For adding the interaction, just open up phpmyadmin and goto furniture and goto structure and click interaction or w/e and add ,'swim'

Then goto water patches in furniture and edit the interaction to swim.
