you need netframework 3.5 so try to install it, i hope it help you
It's more likely to be C++ redist.
make sure your addons work
100 % framenetwork 3.5 instal it and play :)
Main Server is not written in any .Net language and I have seen no .Net addons for it. Also if you were going to install .Net Framework, You would install .Net 4.0.
I've had the same error and It was because an addon needed C++ redist.
