[RE-REL] Habbo Packetlogger [Nillus]

I am here to share with you some of Nillus' Packetloggers :)

The second one isn't a packet logger, it justs decodes, encodes VL64, etc.

Did you test the packet logger? You know they aren't compiled..

Yeah, you should actually test it before releasing. I doubt it works, they are only for the official hotels (unless you change some stuff in the source). They are probably already patched.
