[RE-REL] Project Thor [V9/C#/MSSQL/From Scratch]

Its one of the best v9 emulators released here.

Uhm, its needed? cause most people don't know that this server exists, its the best server here atm.

I heard it's real hard to setup. If people wanted to set this server up, they would have a real hard time.

Nah, that's not true, only people who don't have brains and can't read its MSSQL and not MySQL can't set it up.

Hygrid would be easier..

It's not that.. a long time ago I was reading the thread and after some pages I saw some people (forgot who, but they were pretty known people) needed help setting it up.

with all do respect to Splaze and the makers of Hygrid or whatever it sucks, I had 15 on my hotel the other day and it lagged out, you get random d.c's etc so It would really be better if it had a little bit more coding put into it
