How to add new skill?

I possess the skill of Episode 4, but I dont know how I can put together a trans Skill bar.
Which file to edit when resorting to a character I want to buy them.
Several types of files, this is my Folder
Episod 4 files are not interested in the published now.

client side :
DATA.ENC
CABAL.ENC
MAN-WOMAN.ECH

server side :

skill.scp

finish ur quest

i have man10.ech and woman10.ech in the new skill folder.

I know that it is not much you can say to me, but then, I do not need to edit them?
but if I need to edit what line need editing?

it is not need to edit ECH for new skill
just copy it.

make sure u added new skill success full in cabal.enc and data.enc
after finish in cabal.enc and data.enc
go copy 10 man and woman to ur character ( better back up )
and try to add new skill ( use balq u need to edit in file cabal.xml )

remember : need icon for icon new skill

yes yes i have the icon file's...thanks man for your answer,but i dont found the cabal.xml...

cabal.xml in BALQ TOOL for ADD SKILL :-s
in folder Data

so I edited the files, but the client show me est soft probelm,crash the client..what is the problem..?

edit: and i have the last question....

How do I know that the example: Artic field wich fx skill used in the Data/FX\SRC\efx/ folder??

btw, for work new skills 100% NEED edit ech file !

Edit for Mr King nab : using original Ech's skills of WA,BL,FA,FS bugged. only work is WI and FB... do you really know something that lends or am I wrong? :lol:
