Connect problem cabal

Hey all
i always use a server on 32 version with sql 2000 and all works fine

but now i changed to 64 bit win 7 with sql 2005 and i have connect problems in cabal

i can login in WINscp but now in cabal

Firewall = off
i checked all ip's


pls help :/::/:

test it out with MSSQL 2008 express edition...

Upload your /var/log/cabal folder please.
