[Release] P4F CheckSum Generator

This program its only remake Deathway work!

New feathers:
- program recoding and moved to WinApi
- support new instructions for new processors
- very fast
- very tiny size (about 100kb , really program size abou 12kb other 100kb only icon... )
- very easy with use
- haven't any freezing

- add OS XP and same
- add multi-core using
- some optimization in check-sum algorithm
- reduced file size. Now only 32kb!!!

@Kirgston bro can you make compatible with season 6?

far i can remeber, its uses a GameGuard.crs for it after s6, so look for ResourceGuard sources. RG source can be found on forum developed by some female on wz in phyton
