51-75

Very accurate lol
i can do bout 110 at a time ^^
(8+ years of martial arts training :D)
i find it funny how many people are picking the highest setting
even if u can do that many pushups i doubt you are doing them strict with the same form you started with :tp:
what style do u train in m8?
i'm basing it on the form the quiz stated (on your knees)Quote:

It looks like you can do 0-25 press ups, thats pretty bad, its below average, you need to work on that.

btw, blackbelt in karate is equivalant to 4th dan kickboxing blackbelt :D
and it took me 4 years to get each BB
thinking of maybe trying BJJ soon (brazilian ju-jitsu)
and yes, i did base my 110 push-ups on the knees
i can only do 25 max normally (on toes)
because i do have verry long legs, and my shoulder joints r veeerrryy flexible, and not that stable (also why i cant bench more than 30 kilos)
no such thing as a blackbelt equivalant :tp:
cool, its good to hear from other martial artists.
Who is it you train with?
do you compete at all?
wen i mean equivalant, i mean as in comparing difficulty lvl'sQuote:

i couldn't compete before, cos i did wear glasses, but now using contacts, i'll be competing this year
0-25 im healthy but upper body strenght is non existant
nah what i meant is u can even compare thatQuote:

good luck with your competing :D
will you be fighting or entering katas?
do more press ups steely!
