The only thing i did was post a video of my server showing off my interface.
If you can't handle that then i think you shoulden't be a forum moderator.

Your good at infracting but i don't see you help people if they have problems, sorry but i alway's talked bad about Killerstefan but now i can see why people think he's the only FM around here your never online only when your on Infracting spree.

You need to do your job better if i was mental i would fire all the forum moderators except Killerstefan since he's the only one doing his job he's posting @ threads helping people, giving tips, discussions and infracting.

This section where else.. its related to gunz isn't it ? and it shouldent be a release since nobody gets it, it shouldent be a development since i already finished it and its not a tutorial cause i wont be teaching people trough that video so that leaves this section.

the moderator you are having problems with, and/ or
Mental. This just makes you look childish

After the first warning/infraction you should know to read the rules/stickies of the section to make sure of what you are posting is in the correct section/is allowed.

I love how people take it so personally when they get infracted like it's such a big deal.

Most infractions here either last 14 or 30 days, to get an infraction ban you have to manage to get 3 infractions (+ a warning depending on 1st offence) which only last till one expires and you are back to 2 active infractions.

If you are actually able to get 3 infractions in the space of a month then you are doing something quite wrong an deserve a time-out.

In this case, micro has had a total of 3 warnings and 5 infractions in total since 23rd of May, he really should know to check what he's doing.

Yeh, essentially you go +1 rank higher but when you get to a problem with a Super then tough luck lol, unless it's something major like a hacked acc or something then you contact another super or Exy/Mental.

Running straight to Mental with your small issues is bad for 2 points, one being it's highly unlikely Mental will even look at it and the other being that you've broke the chain of command which essentially leads to most mods/visors/supers disliking you. =P

Travis and I just had this talk, lol. So long as we are keeping mods like Lambda here, when he isn't even active(last login on the 28th of last month) it just takes up moderator slots and the higer-ups see GunZ having 3 mods and don't pay it TOO much mind. I recently have been doing my best to get word out to the higher ups and such. They did a hiring wave and on the section that needed the most new mods... we got one. Don't get me wrong Styx is doing his job. but him and stefan are busy guys I think that Lambda needs to go and two more mods are hired due to the recent increase of activity in the GunZ section.

Getting mods who can't do shit won't solve the problem too.
`Styx is an expert at graphics, XML's and Blender 3D. Lambda is THE God of coding, Stefan, lol, he sucks, fuck him.

Changing moderators won't bring the change (as proved quite often). The problem is with the retarded people. He posted a video of his server in the section. Even I coulda fuckin' put my video and said, "Check out my cool interface!!! thx..!!" and advertised my server, but nope, `Styx did the right thing.

Also, he was INFRACTION banned. So it isn't `Styx's fault he got screwed up.

The purpose of a moderator is to keep the section clean, not to code in C++, PHP or design things in Photoshop / Blender.

It's not his fault that he's sleepin' off when the most of the spam happens. For that, we have Mr. Heesters.

Lambda is one of the best coders. But, is it really helping the Gunz section? When did you see him here the last time?

Styx is great at XML / Blender and Stefan is...(good at getting server files? xD). Yes. But how is it helping the section? Leeched material lasts for over 17~18 hours on the forum. There's no one to delete it. You can't blame the time zone either since it's almost close to a day.

Being skilled in some fields won't really help solve the problems of the section.

Can we just get this thread closed? we got a ton of shit said here and yeah lets just be done.


Styx did his job, the annoyance is dealt with. We all agree that something needs to be done with moderation but we are not the ones who can say what so we can only wait and see what will happen.

I'm not comparing mods at all. Nor do I have any problems with Styx. It's just that the problems out here are not being solved by the current mods (and I mean all 3 of them) and so, we need new mods.

I took an example of what they do / they're good at because you talked about having mods skilled in a particular field which is absolutely not needed.

Anyways, I don't expect anything from this section anymore. It's always been like this. So I guess I'll continue posting, enjoy the releases and help people out?

I never hated any moderators of this section only Killer because of the infractions. I got over that , I think that mods are picked due to infractions , activity and contribution to the forums. I also think that Jacob and Guy should get back their past Jobs and then hire someone like Dawnson or Your Master.
