So I just got an Android Phone (Samsung Captivate) and I'm looking for some games to put on it. I know the Android market is a piece of doodoo compared to the apps they have for iOS, but anyone got any recommendations?

Or wait till the new dual core 2GHz processor phones come out and PS2 emulators are created :D
Personally I play a lot of Tower Defence style games, as well as Bejeweled. Really if you want a lot of games just get all the different emulators, you won't be short of games to play with access to every NES, SNES, GameBoy, GBA, DS, PSX, Sega and loads of other smaller consoles. The biggest problem is the touch screen interface, but I personally have a Keypad on my phone so I don't have that issue :D
Make sure to download the Amazon App Store.
They give one free paid app/game a day.
I downloaded some pretty sweet games that normally would cost $5 for free.
Check Applanet. It's like installous but then for Android.
I bought GameDev Story the other day by uh Kairo Soft? I think... it was like $2.82 (sale cos they released a new game)
It's pretty cheap.. but it's simple and it's not one of those FaceBook type that's ported over and you gotta spend $$$ to 'top up' for coins/cash to continue to play. I look forward to it being redone but I don't see much how another can be added but the 'parody' systems are kinda noticable I.E. the "Saturn" is called "Uranus" lolol~ and Playstation is "Playstatus" but they left out ATARI's systems.
