I can login into the game but when I try to select my character i'll stuck at this message: "Connecting.. Please wait".

i had the problem also ;)
check your .ini files one more time, and check your ports ;)
If everything looks oke than change in the .ini files 127.0.0.1 to your internal ip adress. (like 192.168.1.3)
How to see your internal?
menu->search(typ in cmd)->cmd(typ in the cmd screen in ipconfig)->look at the following: IPv4Adress........: 192.168.1.X
