I'm telling you a GUI is not needed for this. Just use a simple CLI native C program, much less resources will be wasted on something that is not really needed...

Looks are nothing when it comes to the server side of an online game....

I don't see what is so horrible about it, we will see which uses less resources and when only the server hoster/owner will see the GUI, there is no need for it, low amount of wasted resources is what you are looking for.... So on that note, know what you are talking about before you put your fingers on the keyboard.

Yes, this could be made into a dll but would be pointless.

He needs a GUI because he is a perv that keeps looking at his restarter 24/7.

No need for a GUI, for such a simple function, there is nothing better on your release, infact, it isnt noob friendly'er either, all they have to do with nicks restarter is open the file. no click no button shit.
