With EXP AND DROP on aringaso release

Somebody show me the specific file where you change the exp and drop rate of the server (?) Try looking here / PWServer / gamed / ptemplate.conf does not appear experiance options and drops
root @ PW-Server: ~ # grep Experience / PWServer / gamed / ptemplate.conf
root @ PW-Server: ~ # grep drop / PWServer / gamed / ptemplate.conf
drop_bonus = 15000 # Drop bonus
