[Discussion] Some v16 Info
KFlyff received v16 update a couple of days ago, and details of all skills have been published. Every class will receive other skills too, but they are not useful or notable. All information is from Flyff World, which is absolutely reliable source for this kind of information.
New skills can be obtained after job change at level 130-H and there are no other prerequisites. All skills have 5 levels and are increased with skill points.
Blade and Knight
Most important skill of Blade is called Holding Storm. This skill will stop target from moving and it has 11% success rate at maximum level. This skill stacks with mercenary skill Sneaker, which will stop target from moving and has 95% success rate.
Knight will receive skill called Templar Pulling, which summons target within range. At first glance this skill would seem to be exactly the same as their hero skill, Drawing, but Templar Pulling only consumes 500 FP. Needless to say, these two skills can be vital when fighting against the new bosses.
Ranger and Jester
Ranger will receive skill called Hawk Eye, which adds 30% range. This skill can be very useful, because it stacks with ranger hero skill called Hawk Eyes. The most powerful new skill belongs to Jester. This skill is called Evasion Increase and it will increase parry rate by 30. Such amount of parry rate is equal to 60 dexterity, so this skill virtually adds 60 stat points.
Billposter and Ringmaster
Billposters and Ringmasters will get new support skills. The Billposter skill is known as Aurora of Insanity, and it will grant 45% critical rate for all surrounding party members. Sadly this skill is not very useful, because all CS items make it easy to max crit rate, but it is better than nothing.
Ringmasters will receive skill called Absolute Barrier. Their low defense and hp would make supporting in dungeons difficult, but this skill will protect them from all kinds of damage for 5 minutes. There is no cooldown and the skill has 100% success rate. However, we believe everybody above level 130 can afford to pay some resurrection scrolls they can use if they are killed by an aggro while supporting.
Psykeeper and Elementor
Scream of Terror, a Psykeeper skill, inflicts bleeding. Bleeding usually deals 80 damage per second, but it can be increased with some CS items. This skill can be useful when stacked with some other DoT spells. Elementors will receive Sleeping, which will put target to sleep for a couple of seconds with 100% success rate. Sleep is a new, currently unknown status condition, but most likely it is similar to psykeeper hero skill Petrifaction, which does disable HP, MP and FP recovery.
Jewellery sets
Defender set's bonuses now work and it gives immunity to stun, burning, bleeding and poison (but not against rooting or blood suck). Bonuses of adept and marksman sets are still broken but fix has been promised for v18. Blade and billposter weapons are only new weapons which are fully functional. Most of those bonuses will be fixed in v17 but some have been postponed until v18.
Lusaka bow and yo-yo
After v15 yo-yo rangers became popular in kFlyff because they were finally able to use an ultimate weapon. This immediatelly angered korean yo-yo jester community. Now in v16 developers have classlocked lusaka yo-yo for jesters and lusaka bow for rangers. People who had those weapons equipped before v16 maintenance found out they have been unequipped but are still soul linked. Other lusaka weapons are still classlocked for first job classes.
Skill modifications
Stonehand has been changed and it now works with all skills, including merkaba and holycross.
Skill system has been modified. Most modifications are still unknown, but people have noticed all mp-based skills are now considered magic skills, meaning they are affected by curse mind (elementor hero skill) and casting time modifiers. This includes ranger and acrobat skills. Asalraalaikum is now considered fp-based skill and thus unaffected by casting time modifiers.
New lord events
Lord experience events can now give experience bonus up to 500%. Lords can also run negative experience (down to 0.2x exp) and drop rate events (down to 0.1x drop rate) to raise funds for positive ones. This feature has been praised by the korean community because most of them play during 4 busiest hours, leaving 20 hours for negative experience and drop rate events. The first level 140 of kFlyff says he wouldn't have been able to afford 10 levels in one day without negative experience events.
KFlyff community is getting bored to having lord events every week, so developers have promised some new version will make lord elections more difficult. Community expected this in v16 but it was not done yet.

actually it's partially true the 3rd job replaces hero in the job stack so each one has a new instance of the hero job skill from what I understand
however yes this is undoubtably fake

I doubt the Rm skill. They fucked over prevention to make dungeons HARDER. They wouldn't come back with a new skill that doesn't just save you from dying but makes you completely immune to damage for almost the full length of prevention cooldown. It completely contradicts the nerf of prevention.
And Crit Rate is maxed at 96% no matter what your window says. And 1v1 BP's are lol when it comes to pvp and even pvm. My last BP on efly with mediocre equips was hitting 30k crits at 105 with no redscroll/link or other cs. Just LGG/Rody, with maybe 20 ADoCH. Had 76% crit rate as well. So if you add in CS, that'd be roughly 100k+ crits PVM, and 60k+ crits PVP (depending on opponent defense). Let alone messing with awakes on a pserver, still using legit awakes I was able to get a bp to crit to 2xxk.
That is damn near rivaling blades, even though some of them are hitting 800k's (current legit record is somewhere around 860k) but that's with HC so 400k respectively without.
Now if that skill was real people can drop crit% awakes and go full on crit dmg % awakes and get even more dmg.

I think the people who made this wasn't sure. I'm sure they looked in a v16 propSkill, since it was beta it might have been incomplete or google trans failed transing korean, maybe they switched around on some skills with a mistake, didnt understand it so putted a extra s on ex. Hawk eyes.
