pwadminconf.conf is corrupted, create a new file and copy the content from the old one into this...
that or you have the infinate loading bug like alot of us.

basicaly it seems for some people (generally those who use 127.0.0.1 in their gamesys.conf not 0.0.0.0 or LAN IP) then they can only have 1 web application, pwAdmin OR iweb.
so you have to move pwAdmin into /iweb/pwAdmin and 4 lines to make it work accordingly.
otherwise you just get refused connection to gdeliveryd, maybe it can have 1 connection per ip?
1 for 127.0.0.1
1 for LAN ip eg, 10.0.0.1
and 1 for public ip eg, 80.80.80.80 or anything really.
When your connection is refused it just doesnt finish loading becuase its waiting on that connection.
