Only applied fix to a few tomes so far but seems to be working to me, good work on this

I tried my best to get them as accurate as I can to their item description, although I know not all are 100% because I ran out of fields. ex... some that I had to use are VIT +12~13 instead of the called for VIT+12 or VIT+13. So from I notice so far is the variable that is VIT +12~13 changes to either the 12 or the 13 each time you boot the server, and possibly any time you close and re-open the client ??? ex. So even though the item description reads VIT +12 you may either actually get VIT +12, or VIT +13. or visa versa; if the description says VIT +13 you may actually only get VIT +12 or VIT +13. If I am not mistaken though the few that I had to set like that I tried to make sure to set it so it doesn't go below what the desc. says. ie... so if the desc. said VIT +12 I (am pretty sure) I used VIT +12~13 opposed to VIT +11~12 [to make sure a player gets at least what the description says (and possibly that one bonus exxtra one ;) )
Also I used the official PWi names because I am now using the PWD client (instead of HGN) but if anyone wants it I could dump this same list with the "MY" names ;)
It required a change in the client to recognize? Or just change the elements?
you should be able to add these to any 1.3.1 / 1.3.6 server that we use. Just add them into elements (client and server side ofc)

The tomes / heaven books that have a crit altering effect already use dex to attain the new crit rate in my fix ;)

Yea; I wasn't a big fan of it, but I figured at least for now I set it that way. It would be really easy to change the few tomes that actually effect crit rate to get rid of this, or to change it when and if we find a working function number that is just for crit rate ;) I didn't really wanna deviate from the items hover description mainly. So... for the meantime, for every crit +1% it's a dex +20 :\

I am sorry I do not understand your question.
I think he/she will say that all tomes do nothing at all. When you press c there is no difference if you have a book or not. Try it, when u use a book with constitution nothing will change at all. All they do is feed your pets.

Ok if Zorno is correct, and that's what you're asking/saying
I am guessing that you may be used to PWi where your effected stats actually turn green, well this fix of mine does work, but when you have a tome equipped that effects an attribute point it will alter it, but it will not turn green. (it's just how our version is)
You can verify this by simply opening both windows at the same time ("Character" and "Bag"), and equipping and un-equipping the item and watching the numbers change.
I know they all work; I tested each and every one of them before I released it ;)
