But there is a big minus. We can't edite php code, because it is encoded via PHPCIPHER ;/

what you want to edit there template is not encoded

And it's stupid, because now I can't add some extras only for my server.
That is why vBulletin or any other known system based by php is not encoded.

Generally your CMS is very good 9.5/10, but this encoded is very very bad idea.
