[VB8] Notify Icon code creator

Just a simple project, I had trouble trying to code a NotifyIcon so once I found out how, I decided to build an application to try and help others.

What is this app for?

I am guessing that maybe its for notifying people about posts.

no.. its something real real real simple.. its just a program that generates a code for those balloon tip things in vb.net
