Hall of Blasphemy

I come back to post another issue that I have no clue what's wrong with it. When I load the Hall of Blasphemy, there is nothing. Nothing at all except the map. No NPCs, no monsters. If you have any resolutions, please share. Thanks,

If you are using the pwi downgrade you need the map files for it from another client that has a working one, in pwi they turned hell fb109 into nirvana and took out a lot of stuff from it

mobs should be there though, check your npcgen.data
