Text editor for .pck files
You know how you can get

when you are trying to edit the text files inside the .pcks?
I finally got tired of it and went googling for a text editor that supports showing them properly
Here is a screenshot showing it works

Only thing is when you open the files with it you have to make sure encoding is set to GB2312
if I can manage to find a plugin for notepad++ Ill report back
The Actual Editor
Here's hoping this helps
Edit: After looking a bit more at notepad++ I found out that I was using a reallllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy old version of it and updating it I had support for GB2312 so yeah...
Encoding > Character Sets > Chinese GB2312 after file is open and it works

For those of you who still dont get it unless you have a video to show you how to do it...
Click me
And yes I do know that the swf came out like shit for the video quality, but aparently camstudio just screwed up and made all those blocks magically appear, either way you can still see what is being done... which I think I made pretty clear on how to do it in the original post... it is only like 2 steps anyway...
