Anyone got animations working for custom quest models?
I read HL does some vert checking shit with the animations, that could also be reason why adding/deleting verts in maiets sets don't work when exported.

Do you mean vertex groups?
Well, I'm working on getting it done for my new quest so I'm experimenting. Just gotta fuk around with vertex grouping, weight painting and some adjusting...
