Okay so i haven't watched any animes in a while...not really just a month but I'm still updated with one piece and bleach
Anyway, should I continue reborn? I only got to episode 12. It's really slow so I don't know if I want to continue it. Opinions on the anime? When does it get good?(if it gets good.)
You should stick to whatever anime you like, or think is cool. My opinion on anime, is that it is tremendous.I watch Dragon Ball-Z, its pretty awesome.

Good thing i read this thread... I gave up on Reborn after 6 episodes.. was too slow for me. I'll try it one more time though. Hopefully it gets beter episode 20... if not. i'm done with it. Normally its the first 2 or 3 episodes that either make it or break it for me. And this one hasn't really done much yet.
I've kept up with Bleach, One Piece as well.. DB series were awesome.
also, tried HunterX, seemed to be pretty snazzy.

WOW!!! I almost stopped at 6... ended up stopping at 20.. Souldn't even watch full episodes. Just speed reading the subtitles. While on 6x speed... It just didn't hit the spot for me...
But randomly found one which i seem to like.. on episode 3 right now.

seen that one is nice but you should read the manga (the anime part is like only the first 100 chaps or so)

One of my all time favorites is Berserk. Wish they had kept going with the Anime. Read the manga of that at all ? Give it a shot, if you haven't.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn? I love it, my favourite anime.
First 20 episodes are pretty lame, but after that, they will start talking about Vongola Family then Rings then going to the future.

The first few eps of reborn are all about introducing the main characters and the way they interact with each other, after that the main plot kicks in and you see how the characters grow etc while watching insane action sequences that sometimes involve boxes.
And tbph it's not really that slow a starter, most shounen anime follow a similar formula in which the action,characters and basic plot are introduced after which a relativley major event takes place which sets the plot pacing for the rest of the series. Even dragonball followed the same formula and had the basic plot of finding the dragonballs as a backdrop to the character introductions after which everything focussed on finding those magical balls and saving the world somehow.
If you watch shounen anime and give up by ep 3 then clearly you don't know enough about anime to judge it properly especially considering most well known shounen series are hundreds of episodes long while the standard length of an anime series is around 24 episodes give or take a couple depending on the series.
Yeah sure it gets off slow but after a while you will love it. Its just like an English essay, you slow state the introduction with various of information and then you go to the body paragraphs, aka the "fun" parts. Lol. Im so sad for using english essay as a comparison -_-
Just stick it out with it, once you reached the Arc were Xanxus and Tsuna fight it gets pretty ba from there, but just stick with it. its friggin awesome'
Kenichi is badass anime show thats what im watching atm. :D

I honestly prefer not to watch anime, but after reading this, I decided to check up on Reborn. Seems alright, but yeah ; kinda slow. I probably won't watch anymore of it, but who knows(;
