It's pretty good, but I don't like it. To bad it's incomplete.

It's very much allowed then. The web is kinda good, I like the gfx.

I think its great though I'm not much of a fan of the dark websites atleast its got decent visibility. Good layout and art, all in all I'd give it a 6.5/10 on my scale but that's only cause its so dark and bugs my eyes. Great job mate.

The PSD already got released by Tufan himself in the Cabal section.
