i want my own 508 client but i dont know how i do it

the most important thing is what's on top that website link and more

second is i want a vote us

that you klick on vote us and you'll get an form
with username and captcha for safety
if you klick vote you get some money like 5M or 2,5M

is there a tutorial or can anyone give me a tutorial?

wrong section. and just to add another thing, NOTHING is for free in this world, creating a fully sqled 508 server with a fully working votereward function takes time and effort.
