You used sources from ENCTeam Mu server files.
GM commands are exactly the same, you got console with same functions as enc console... I know for a fact the 1.9.3.0 source files were stolen and released... but codes were bad when comes to speed and stability... so all was re-written in 1.9.8.0 version.

From ENCTeam sources i get only offsets, and few hooks. Console was written by me. It supports logging, and from next version will support input. 1.9.3.0 is unusable, doesn't compile, and gameserver cs doesn't exist. When I just started my Storm project, I used Shatters source. Bcoz server made as official one. At official WebZen server you can't enter Arena.
You can download Arena, opening Terrain. Google it, you may find many variants.
