PHPretro Staff Application

Hey guys :)
So i just coded this PHPretro addon, a Staff Application, and i wanna share it whit you.
Tell me what you think about it, let me know if you find any bugs and let me know if you think there is something i should add to it :)
Ooh, and yeah, i know i typed some of the texts wrong, but that migth be beacuse my "Friend" spilt an half glass of coca cola on my keyboard ._. So its kinda fucked...

You migth wanna know: It is using MySQL and im not done whit the Housekeeping thing for it, so you will have to edit it through PHPMyAdmin. It will send an eMail to you when some one has applyed for a job at your hotel. And you are able to add new ranks if you know how to copy'n'past and do some small edits :p

All i know is that i tried to find one, but i just could not find one. So i made my own one and Released it :)

Well, i did not make a "new" version of PHPretro.
I just made an addon :p
So i dont think i need to give him credits.
He didn't make the addon, i did.

Congradz on this awesome release! Absolutly love it but one problem to me.. My images wont show up? Could you help thanks(:
