as u see its nearly done.. just gradients n diff colors put together.. nout special but im a little stuck for a banner.. as you can see its just a dark gradient atm lol
so im asking for some advise wht will look good as a banner on my template
maybe a helping hand is in order :)
well any suggestions will be good as i stuck for ideas

Do something eye-catching/eye candy, and something that tells a little about your site.

its not just gonna be anime but me do something eye catching lol just doesnt happen as my creativity suks

clear and simple... but it's too dark for anime, i guess... anyways, no suggestion for the header. you should put there so it would reffer to the content of your site.
I have 2 suggestions:
1. You make a logo, and then put it nicely on the gradiend banner with the name besides
2. make a brush kind of banner (if you need some good brushes for on banners just pm me, I got plenty)
im also using the design to impliment a mir3 account maker/stats page aswell
To cliche, everything looks like that. However, it does look sharp and representable for the crowd you're aiming for.
I don't like it.. I don't like the colours.. It's too mediocre.

maybe a few pointers, i'll try and be constructive
plusses:
-nice border
-good colorscheme (dont change/add to it!) -> i find picking colours the hardest part in the website development process :D
downs:
-your textsize is too small, especially for your sections. small is very popular amongst webdesigners these days(but wrongly so!)
-your links are wrongly positioned. should never be left from the section header (though that can depend on the site layout)
-your site abruptly "ends".. a footer of some sort (even something minor) would ease it
and one very important flaw:
you have no concept... you just started designing with no set goal
(though i guess it's a "template" ... i hate "templates" :) they'll never be better than your average website as they're targeted for anything and anyone, which is bad)
