Solution: Don't use windows built in unzipper for 2 reasons
1. It is HORRIBLY inefficient, it just gets epically facerolled in decompression/compression times
2. It breaks chinese filenames by assuming everything in ASCII, while chinese characters are supported in extended ASCII... you need the GB2312 character set for it to actually work (which something like 7zip does and properly extracts with) and then it will run perfectly fine

Go into the surfaces folder inside the gshopedit folder
Does it look like this? (Extracted by 7zip)
Or like this? (Extracted by windows built in unzipper)
If it looks like the second, that is the problem I have been telling you about... use 7zip (or winrar or winzip or anything but windows built in and it should be fine as long as it looks like the top one)
