HABBO Maintenance layout [CODED]

Heyy, In the past 30 minutes ive been working on a maintenance layout for habbo!

Hmm, seems alright. Pretty basic though :P Might use, not sure.

Maintainance layouts are easy as they're only 3-4 divs.
A full layout means 2/3 coloums and much harder.
