Bloody Jade

Anyone knows where the Bloody Jade ( questitem for TSC Elder, quest: Crimsen Gate (Scarlet Gate) ) is hiding ?
Normally it should be around a stine platform at 104 510 but there is just nothing.
I checked elements.data for it and it is there, so how can i plant them there ?

i think these are resources (can be added in in server npcgen.data)

Yep. Found them in the resourceslist. I think its ok if i just copy a line of another ressource and replace the location and id.
