[WIP]international GUNZ website [IJJI based website]

Hello, citizens from RaGEZONE

Recently, i've started up a new community.
I want to bring back the old IGunZ since the main website from them was very bad. And graphics were missing, i re-created a website similiar to the IJJI one.

Nope, this is for my community, but when i coded a newer version i will.
