Final Fantasy XIV
Final Fantasy XIV, also known as Final Fantasy XIV Online, is the fourteenth installment in the Final Fantasy series, released in September 2010. More than just a sequel to Final Fantasy XI, this is a whole new game with a very different approach to online gaming. Playing on your own is now just as rewarding as battling in groups and your character's progression and growth is achieved by using and refining your existing skills, rather than just earning general experience points. Likewise you can change jobs simply by taking up a different weapon or item, from sword to blacksmith's hammer, although specialising in the game's four disciplines (war, magic, land and hand) will always give you an advantage. The end result is a more accessible and varied experience than any other online game and the most exciting Final Fantasy yet.

Battle of the Immortals
Battle of the Immortals is an action MMORPG that blends Norse mythology with a Qin Dynasty era Chinese game world. The game has many staple features such as pets, mounts, PvP combat, and an auto-navigate system but also has plenty of new innovations. Among these is the Soul Gear system in which equipment gains experience and grows with use. Additionally, the Zodiac System grants characters special powers at certain times depending on their character’s selected birthday.

Dynasty Warriors Online
Dynasty Warriors Online is the MMORPG version of the famous hack-and-slash console series. Like many Asian MMORPGs, DWO is set in the Three Kingdoms period, but this time players can jump straight into the action. Dynasty Warriors Online has fast-paced combat where players will be striking down hordes of enemies with every swing. Each weapon type has different stats, such as reach, power, and speed. Players must decide which weapons to use and upgrade. There is a ton of PvE and PvP content in the game, but like the console versions, battles themselves are instanced. Up to twenty-four users can take part in a battle, and each team must work together to capture bases and kill as many enemies as possible.
Dynasty Warriors Online is a 3D fantasy MMORPG set in medieval China. Players can take part in massive battles that contain both fast-paced, live-action, tactical gameplay. Battle for control of China during the Three Kingdoms period! Take part in epic, large-scale, instanced battles in DWO!

Iris Online
Iris is a MMORPG blending medieval fantasy element and Gypsy ethnic group style. It offers dungeon and PVP gameplay In Iris, there are three races available for selection, Human, Orc and Elf. Another selling point of Iris is Tarot Card originated from the Middle Age Italy. There are totally 78 cards. 22 are Major Arcana and 56 are Minor Arcana. Using these cards, players can enhance skills, transform into monsters, etc. They can even attach Tarot cards on their weapons to gain special abilities.

Vindictus isn't that great of a game, the graphics are insane I have to admit however the gameplay and dungeon system is awful. I vote for Final Fantasy XIV.

I like the dungeons and gameplay, it's simple, yet filling... I'm lvl 34 :O

i have to agree with vindictus being a pretty sick game, i haven't tryed the new final fantasty online but id would assume it would be pretty good.
the game is only really fun when you improvise, if your a person who does the same moves and attacks the game is really boring.

The only reason I dont like Vindictus, is because everytime you go somewhere, it moving you to different channels and that annoying sound is playing. 1 step = no one around, 3 steps = different channel, full of people..

I dont get that.

yea your right, i was just aplying and noticed the random channel changing. but also the thing that disapoints me about channel games such as rumble fighter too, is the connection is peer 2 peer rather then to the host server.

from what i read about it something todo with connecting to the pc -> server -> boucing back to peer to peer which sucks playing with other ppl. causes huge lag, but playing alone it works perfect , but then whats the point of online gaming? but its still a good game over all.

I think the new final fantasy game will be for both the pc and for consoles but like the last one it never happened. I was actually suppose to get a beta key and download link to beta test it. Bought a ps3 game that had a code u registered online to get the invite but never recieved it, a nice way to promote the sell of one of their games fake invites to beta test new games.

Vindictus

I'd have to go with Vindictus.

By the way, if you hate the channel changing sound, manually enter some random channel, and you stay in that channel as long as you're logged on.

Hands down Vindictus, I'm not a gamer but this game has got me hooked.

i honestly don;t think game developers are very creative now a days, all the mmo's are pretty much RPG and all the same so atm id have to say either Vindictus or League of legends

LoL won best new MMORPG in 2009, it can't possibly win that award in 2010.

FFXIV isn't that good :thumbdown:

I would not recommend League of legends. They force players to sit & wait until current match is over. In order to start a new one. So basically you see that you have already lost so its only a mater of time before your base is taken, yet you can not leave. So you sit & w8 for like 2 hours or more or who knows when its finally over.

Thats most retarded thing I have ever seen, cant believe the game actually won an award.

Another bad thing in the game is the user interface. So many buttons, links irrelevant information. All info is so messed up, its hard to understand where is the info you are looking for.

Hotkeys for the skills dont work for example. Or you go & hide yourself & enemy comes & atacks u & u think wtf, I was invisible.....

The shop has Yber-horrible interface. And also has so much information in it it makes u wonder wtf were they smoking while making the UI.

There are load of password protected games, there were like 2 A4 sheets of them when I tried. Now why cant I just click a checkbox & all pass protected games go away & rest is nicely sorted by free slots.? And loads of games are full but they are still displayed.

I mean the ingame itself isnt that bad but rest is bad, its so bad I cant even begin to describe how bad it is.
