I really wouldn't call it a edit if you can just add a fuser_table in the databse to make a new rank
I didn't add ranks. I added the spot for information myself. I didnt touch the db lol.

off topic N00b you can ad ranks by going in to table: ranks and just insert a new table rename it to whatever rank you want, I did it on my hotel.
on topic Anyways don't like it to much becoz you didnt edited a shit, you just changed color and removed staff-about.tpl info etc.
