I'v been away for quite some time now, and have no clue on which client side files I should download for my little private server. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated

Great48, it's not been that long.
If you get the latest KPT test client (or just run it's updater) then replace the game.exe, and any files with text that isn't in your preferred language, you should be doing great. (forty-eight )
For me bobs it has been! I haven't dealt with a server in a year or so! I have been secretly looking around here and there, but never seemed to take the time to get back into action! Idk where to start :)
Well... I hope you do now. Anything else you need to get started? (restarted )
hmm, im not THIS LAZY, but links to the most updated game there is :P:
I'm searching around now, from what i have estimated it's going to take me around 7 hours for this KPT udater to install the whole client, should be a slow day for me. :glare:
Official KPT test server is presently http://info.pristontale.com/pstale%2...ate.asp?type=0
If you TraceRt info.pristontale.com (121.253.5.170) you may find that you are many hops away. I time out after the 10th hop, which already accounts for over 1268ms per connection (file). -.^
The latest full download of the test client is still 1872, it's not a small download, and the updater will still replace most of the files in it. I think your are better off getting the small updater and putting up with the slow download... but that's just MHO.
I meant best server files to use bobs, for some reason I cant seem to connect with your client you released, with no ptreg or anything, how do you link to your server? i opened the client with hex editor but found no place to put an IP in, im not to smart with this stuff anymore lol
Oh... PPT? It's EPT, not KPT / jPT. You can only link to my server with my client... or with the original jPT Test release by Operz. XD
But the topic dose say "Which client side files"
